Our second workshop, titled “Renewable Energy Financing: Fuelling Sustainable Finance for Kuwait’s Future,” was delivered by our Project Finance Manager, Karthick Loganathan, who presented a powerful and practical roadmap for unlocking green finance in alignment with Kuwait Vision 2035.
Karthick explored key financial tools enabling the shift to renewables, including:
🔸Dedicated financing vehicles for clean energy.
🔸Standardized feasibility and risk assessments
🔸Priority sector lending with low-interest loans.
🔸Tailored insurance products for renewable assets.
🔸Government incentives such as feed-in tariffs.
The presentation didn’t stop at tools ، it tackled real industry challenges and offered bold, actionable strategies such as implementing energy pricing reforms, creating a one-stop-shop for project approvals, and fostering PPPs through a more supportive regulatory environment.
Throughout the day, our booth at Hall 8 – Ground Floor remained a destination for meaningful dialogue and collaboration, welcoming professionals, students, and partners from across the region.
