Located on 60 dunums in the wadi Araba area, this 5 MWac solar project covers 60% of Royal Court of Jordan electricity costs. Designed to reduce energy consumption and promote renewable energy, it operates under a wheeling scheme. Royal Court of Jordan granted Nour Al Aqaba LLC, a long-term lease to build and operate a 5.33 MWp solar plant, later expanded to 4.75 MWp.
